Since 2021, Kasparas Sileikis has been working at the Lithuanian National Olympic Committee, currently serving as Director of Olympic Education and leading national Olympic education programmes. With academic backgrounds in BSc Sports Management gained at Southwestern Christian University in Oklahoma City and MSc Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Management from University of Nottingham, United Kingdom, Kasparas Sileikis is an active member of the EOC Culture and Education Commission, the Board of the Lithuanian Olympic Academy, and the EFMP Board. Prior to this, Kasparas also has experience as a professional basketball player in Europe.
