Fair Play for Peace

The Fair Play for Peace Award, created in 2022 at the initiative of the Italian National Fair Play Committee, the European Fair Play Movement, and Panathlon Wallonia-Brussels, is an international award that honours the role of sport in promoting universal values: peace, solidarity, respect, and tolerance.

2025 Award Ceremony

On 16 September, during an official ceremony held in the Gothic Hall of Brussels City Hall, Special Olympics International received the 3rd Fair Play for Peace Award.

Organised for the third consecutive year with the support of the City of Brussels, the ceremony brought together representatives of partner institutions, the diplomatic corps, sports organisations, international Olympic committees, and the International Fair Play Committee.edia
