Mirna Rajle Brođanac (Osijek, November 14, 1974) is one of Croatia’s most successful rowers of all time. During her illustrious sports career, she won 48 Croatian national championship titles in various rowing disciplines. On the international stage, she regularly won medals and achieved notable results, including 6 medals at the World Championships and 9 medals in World Cup events.

After retiring from competitive sport, Mirna has remained strongly involved in the sports community. She serves as Secretary of the School Sports Association of Osijek-Baranja County and she is a member of the Executive Board of the Croatian School Sports Association. Mirna has been particularly active in promoting child protection in sport, serving as Chairperson of the Commission for the Protection of Children in Sport at the Croatian Olympic Committee.

In addition, she has made significant contributions to advancing gender equality in sport through her various roles and initiatives.

In 2025, Mirna was elected to the Executive Committee of the European Fair Play Movement (EFPM), a significant recognition of her long-standing contributions to sport, fair play, and social inclusion at both the national and European levels.

Through her sporting and social engagements, Mirna Rajle Brođanac has made a strong impact on the development of sport, the protection of young athletes, the promotion of fair play values, and the advancement of gender equality.
