Doctor of Law with a postgraduate degree in Marketing, trilingual (French, English, Dutch), Philippe Housiaux has an outstanding professional and sporting career spanning more than fifty years, with a strong focus on sport, communication and ethics.

Since 2013, he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors and of the General Assembly of Dialogic, an international communication and marketing agency which he led as Chief Executive Officer for over 25 years. His expertise covers institutional communication, corporate and federation strategy, crisis communication, lobbying and major international events.

A former elite Belgian international athlete and Olympic competitor (1968 Olympic Games), he held several national records in athletics and was awarded the Golden Spike. His sporting career includes participation in European Championships and more than 25 international matches.

Deeply committed to sports governance and values, he has been President of the European Fair Play Movement since 2021. He has held numerous leadership and advisory roles within national and international sports organisations, Olympic bodies, foundations and European projects.

He is the author of several books and publications on sport, ethics and society, a frequent speaker and a recognised Olympic expert with experience across ten Olympic Games. His profile reflects a strong and lasting commitment to fair play, education and the societal role of sport.
