EFPM Participation in European Sport Events in Dublin
Member of the Executive Board Kasparas Šileikis represented the European Fair Play Movement (EFPM) at two important European sport events held in Dublin on 22–23 September 2026.
On 22 September, Šileikis attended the Presidency Conference on Traditional Sports and Games, held at Croke Park in Dublin. The conference provided a valuable platform for exchanging knowledge and perspectives on the role of traditional sports and games in European sport. It also offered an opportunity to strengthen connections within the European and international sports movement, engage with current and potential partners, and further develop cooperation with the European University Sports Association (EUSA) and the European Association for Sport (EAS).
On 23 September, Šileikis attended the Opening Ceremony of the European Week of Sport 2026, held at the National Indoor Arena at the Sport Ireland Campus in Dublin. The event brought together representatives and stakeholders from across the European sports movement and highlighted the importance of sport and physical activity in promoting healthier, more active and inclusive societies.
Participation in both events provided an important opportunity to represent EFPM, strengthen its presence within the European sports community, develop new professional connections and reinforce its commitment to promoting sport, physical activity and positive values across Europe.
