2020 EUROPEAN FAIR PLAY DIPLOMA (Organisation), made under the auspices of the European Olympic Committees goes to SAN MARINO NATIONAL FAIR PLAY COMMITTEE

The San Marino National Fair Play Committee( CNSFP) was founded on the 13 March 2017 in the Republic of San Marino. The CNSFP under the leadeship of its President, Gian Battista Silvagni, has always been strongly committed to promoting the universal concept of Fair Play and to preserving the founding values of Sport at all levels. Standing out among the important initiatives are :

  • the World Fair Play Day San Marino – one of the major events is the annual Fair Play Awards ceremony for those who have contributed the most to the promotion of the fundamental ethical rules of sports
  • the Move on Fair Play – True Colors – Art, Sport, Entertainment and Culture events are the driving force of Move on Fair Play
  • the Fair Play Cards – to teach young athletes to respect Fair Play inspired rules from an early age
  • Red Bench – is a symbol of the elimination of violence against women, a fight that must be fought every day The inauguration of the « Red Bench» in the presence of the highest authorities of the Republic of San Marino took place in honor of the « International Day Againts Violence Against Women ».
