31st European Fair Play Congress to Bring Together International Experts in Paris

The 31st European Fair Play Congress will take place on 4 December 2026 at SKEMA Business School – Grand Paris Campus, under the theme “Sport, the Spirit of Humanity: Protecting the Sport Person.” Organised by the European Fair Play Movement (EFPM), the Congress will convene leading academics, policymakers, sports organisations and experts to discuss the role of fair play in addressing the challenges facing modern sport.

The programme will focus on key topics including safeguarding in sport, anti-racism initiatives, education through fair play, clean sport and the prevention of unintentional doping. The event will feature keynote addresses, scientific presentations, round-table discussions and testimonies from distinguished speakers and former elite athletes.

The Congress will conclude with the presentation of the Declaration “Sport, the Spirit of Humanity”, reaffirming the fundamental values of respect, integrity, solidarity, inclusion and human dignity as essential principles for everyone involved in sport. The declaration highlights fair play as a cornerstone for protecting athletes and strengthening the positive role of sport in society.
